Wedding | Kelly and Zac

January 28th, 2012 by Nick

Zac loves to golf, that should have been evident from their Engagement Session, since the last stop was at one of Zac’s favorite courses to hit a bucket of golf balls and take a few photos. So it was only fitting that Kelly and Zac were married at Highlands Country Club in Garrison, NY. It was a beautiful day and a perfect location – here are some of our favorite shots from the day.

Wedding | Sarah and Dennis

January 20th, 2012 by Eddy

If you could characterize a wedding by a single song title, the title of Sarah and Dennis’ wedding would have been “My Way.” Sarah and Dennis made no concessions for their wedding day, planning every detail from start to finish just the way they wanted it. The wedding was simple and elegant, emotional and family-centric, and truly showcased the love Sarah and Dennis have for each other. Most important of all, Sarah and Dennis enjoyed every second of it.

E-Session | Sarah and Dennis

January 16th, 2012 by Eddy

Sarah and Dennis are a super busy couple, so finding a free day for their engagement session was quite a challenge. We finally found time for the session just one week before their wedding! We spent a couple of hours hiking the trails at Poet’s Walk Park in Red Hook, NY. Despite the wet ground and mud puddles, we captured some great images – here are a few of our favorites.

Danielle and Gregory are such a fun, laid-back couple. No matter what challenges came up throughout the day, they powered through and had a good time doing it. We had a such great time spending the day with them at MountainView Manor and documenting their day. Here are some of our favorite images.

Wedding | Jess and Anthony

October 6th, 2011 by Nick

If rain on your wedding day is a sign of good luck, then Jess and Anthony are truly blessed. Jess and Anthony did their engagement session on a beautiful fall day in the Hudson Valley, but their wedding was the day before Hurricane Irene hammered the east coast. The day outside was dark and rainy, but you wouldn’t have known based on their sunny disposition.

Jess and Anthony have amazing family and friends who shared in the joy of their wedding day. Here’s a selection of our favorite images.

Ceremony and Reception: Colden Manor at Spruce Lodge – Montgomery, NY
Officiant: Debra Sheafe
Hair: Angles and Cuts By Julie – Chester, NY
Flowers: Flowers By JoAnn – Washingtonville, NY
Cake: The Pastry Garden
Bride’s Dress: Bella Couture Bridal – Newburgh, NY
DJ: M.C. Fish

Jess’ experience and knowledge as a graphic designer is really evident in their wedding invitation. The striking design elements and pleasing choice of colors work great together and compliment the colors they used in the wedding.

E-Session | Kelly and Zac

September 29th, 2011 by Nick

Kelly and Zac are two of the busiest people I’ve ever met. They contacted us so early in their planning process about shooting their wedding, but it seemed to take forever to find a time when we could meet to talk about the details.

We’re so happy they ended up booking us, and with the big day coming up in 1 week we decided to get out and do an engagement session. Kelly and Zac knew exactly where they wanted to shoot. We started out the session at Zac’s Grandfather’s farm in Walden, NY where we could have spent hours photographing them at various locations around the property. We took a quick ride over to Copperfield’s Cafe in Montgomery, NY to document the place where Kelly and Zac met a few years ago. We ended the night at Stony Ford Golf Course in Montgomery, NY where Kelly and Zac spend time hitting the links. Zac spends a little too much time there according to Kelly!

Seriously, Zac’s Grandfather’s farm was just a beautiful and unique location to shoot – so many awesome backdrops, so much character. We really could have shot there all day.
