We met Nate on a cloudy weeknight at Vanderbilt Mansion in Hyde Park, NY for a quick photo shoot. Nate does some acting in a local theater group and wanted to have some fun shots taken for his portfolio. Good luck Nate!

She fell asleep in the car on the ride to Kaaterskill Falls thinking it was just another hiking trip, but little did Kelly know that exciting things were in store for her – Ed proposed and she happily accepted.
We had a great Engagement Session at Mills Mansion in Staatsburg, NY, a place special to them because of the time they’ve spent there together hiking and running. The weather was perfect, the light was brilliant, and Ed and Kelly’s love for each other was apparent in the way they looked at each other. We’re so excited to be capturing their wedding memories next May.
This door made a great backdrop.

I love the way they are looking at each other.

The light at the end of the session was so warm and beautiful.

Last Wednesday I had the pleasure of shooting the ACE Cultural event at IBM in Poughkeepsie, NY for the second year in a row. ACE (Asian-Americans Committed to Excellence) is the Asian Diversity Network Group at IBM, part of the broader Poughkeepsie Site Diversity Council. Every May, ACE celebrates Asia-Pacific American Month by hosting a cultural event filled with traditional singing and dancing. Below are a few samples from the hour-long event. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to shoot this wonderful event again.

For the expo we also had some demo prints made and put them in very simple but elegant frames. We wanted to keep the frames simple to make sure the photo remains the center of attention.

These are some 11×17 double-sided posters we had made up.

A few weeks ago, we were exhibitors at a bridal expo in Poughkeepsie, NY. We spent the weeks beforehand designing and ordering some sample albums to show potential customers at the show. We couldn’t be happier with how they turned out.

We ordered a 7×10 soft bound album with metallic printing that really makes the colors pop. The pages are stiff, but the binding is soft and the front and back cover are the same material as the inside pages.

This album represents our “starting at” album, hard bound, sized at 10″x10″ with 20 custom-designed printed sides and a black leatherette cover. It comes in a nice box to keep it protected.

This album is currently our top album offering. It also comes in a nice box and is a hard bound album available in a number of sizes.

It was a 90 degree day in the Hudson Valley in April, yes April, and it was a beautiful day to do a portrait session with Brynne. We went to Marist College where Brynne’s mom is an alum and hit all the best spots. Thanks for a fun shoot, enjoy!
The Hudson River always makes for a nice backdrop.

I loved the warm light shining on the rock wall.
